Rising Stars is a research based process. It is modeled after an adult Leadership Development process which has been used successfully with hundreds of thousands of individuals for more than 26 years. This 14 module program includes the following topics:

Leadership yoU
Designed by Get Your Edge, this three phased program teaches leadership
skills through experiential process. The mission of this program
is to:
“Engage young adults in developing personal
leadership skills through mind-blowing experiences.”
Ted is passionate about providing a supportive environment
where failure is risk-taking are encouraged and used as learning
tools.
Participant are challenged on several levels with each experience:physically;
mentally; teamwork; time management;when to be a follower and when
a leader. They develop empathy, critical thinking skills, decisiveness
and self confidence. They learn to value team work and the skills
of others. They recognize their own strengths, areas needing improvement
and how to maximize team member's skills to obtain the best outcome.
The program includes pot-session coaching and encourages continued
participation through "Pay-it-forward" where they mentor a group
in the nest program.
This program is best suited for participants between the ages of
13 and 19 in multi-year setting such as Boy & Girl Scout troops,
youth development programs, boarding school settings and church
or community based programs.
The training experiences are tailored for each group of participants.
