Ted was specifically trained and credentialed as an Associate Certified Coach.
Ted’s coaching style is practical and results oriented. Ted’s bottom line philosophy on coaching is: |
“If it does not noticeably positively impact and change performance for an executive, ….then it’s just a nice conversation, but it’s not coaching.”
|
Ted's specific strengths as a coach include:
• outstanding listening skills
• ability to tell the truth in a way that a leader can hear
• an insistence that clients actually take action and do their best. |
Coaching is a partnership where Ted and the executive work together to create results which are in total alignment with the executive’s values. |
Scheduled private coaching sessions by telephone or on site.

Ted was also trained in team or group coaching. Group coaching goes beyond just group facilitation. Ted’s unique strength is being able to coach one person in front of others ; but also make it a learning opportunity for the entire team. Ted has coached groups in a variety of industries.
Team size is customized based on the total participants and the intensity of the program designed. For best results, teams are usually limited to maximum of 10 participants. While lead executives identify the desired results to GYE, program success begins with having team members understand and agree on the goals. Members are coached and learn from one another. This approach builds the skills members will use in practice while in the safety of the training program. |
